Lee Turner

Managing Director

Lee is responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base. 




Lee is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency.



Lee has over 20 years experience at Director level within the MEP sector, and has safely managed the delivery of over £150M of MEP projects.

Adrian Spanswick

Site Supervisor / Electrical Test Engineer

Adrian is responsible for overseeing the electrical installation work, site project delivery teams, electrical testing and certification.


He is the company Qualified Supervisor and Authorised Person.


Adrian ensures the site delivery teams adhere to the company policies,  procedures and electrical safe systems of work.

Gareth David

Operations Director

Gareth has accountability from cradle to grave for the safe MEP delivery across the business, including leadership delivery, and profitability of projects as well as ownership for Customer relationship and reputation.


Gareth is responsible for control of costs, to drive efficiency and effectively manage budgets, including active management of all commercial and business risk.


He actively manages the supply chain to protect and provide safe and efficient project delivery performance.


Gareth has over 20 years experience working in the MEP sector, 8 years of Senior level appointments at national M&E contractors.

Erica Thomas

Accounts Manager

As Finance Manager, Erica oversees all areas of finance and administration including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations.


Erica has over 10 years experience working in the finance / administration departments in various business.

Mathew Jones

MEP Project Co-ordinator

Mathew is responsible for managing all components of our pre construction activities related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements of our contracts.



Mathew has a wide range of technical knowledge with the management skills to co-ordinate the companies design process.





He also works closely with Gareth during the  project delivery stages of the larger MEP contracts.




Mathew has over 10 years experience working in the MEP sector, as Project Engineer and Co-orinator.
