Lee is responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base. 

Lee is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency.

Lee has over 20 years experience at Director level within the MEP sector, and has safely managed the delivery of over £160M of MEP projects.

Marcus Davis

CAD Engineer / Project Coordinator

Marcus is responsible for supporting the design and coordination of our MEP projects, producing and managing CAD drawings throughout the pre-construction and delivery stages.

Marcus has a strong technical knowledge of CAD and building services coordination, helping ensure our Mechanical and Electrical installations are accurately coordinated before works commence on site.

He works closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and Senior Supervisors throughout the delivery of our MEP contracts, ensuring design information and drawing updates are communicated effectively.

Marcus plays an important role in the coordination and successful delivery of our MEP projects.

Adrian Spanswick

Senior Supervisor / Electrical Test Engineer

Adrian is responsible for overseeing the electrical installation works across our MEP contracts, supporting our site project delivery teams from commencement through to completion.

As the company’s Qualified Supervisor and Authorised Person, Adrian oversees electrical testing, certification and compliance across our projects.

He works closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and Senior Supervisors to ensure electrical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Adrian ensures our site delivery teams adhere to company policies, procedures and electrical safe systems of work throughout the delivery of our contracts.

Gareth David

Operations Director

Gareth has accountability from cradle to grave for the safe MEP delivery across the business, including leadership delivery, and profitability of projects as well as ownership for Customer relationship and reputation.

Gareth is responsible for control of costs, to drive efficiency and effectively manage budgets, including active management of all commercial and business risk.

He actively manages the supply chain to protect and provide safe and efficient project delivery performance.

Gareth has over 20 years experience working in the MEP sector, 10 years of Senior level appointments at national M&E contractors.

Erica Thomas

Accounts Manager

Erica is responsible for managing all areas of finance and administration within the company, supporting the day-to-day financial operation of the business.

Erica oversees payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, banking and reconciliations.

She works closely with our management and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control and the smooth running of our financial processes.

Erica has over 12 years’ experience working within finance and administration departments across a variety of businesses.

Morgan Hope

Junior Mechanical Project Engineer

Morgan is our newest recruit and is currently developing his career within the mechanical engineering team as a Junior Mechanical Project Engineer.

Morgan supports our Project Managers and Engineers with the coordination and delivery of our MEP contracts.

As part of his ongoing training and development, Morgan is currently undertaking an HNC in Building Services Engineering, combining his studies with practical project experience.

He works closely with our project delivery teams, gaining valuable technical and site-based experience across a range of MEP projects.



Josh Reed

Electrical Project Engineer

Josh is responsible for managing our pre construction activities post contract award related to the electrical elements of our contracts. Josh works closely with our Mechanical engineering team to ensure seamless co-ordination of our MEP Contracts.

Josh has a wide range of technical knowledge with the management skills to co-ordinate the companies design and procurement process.

He works closely with Gareth and our Senior Supervisors during the project delivery stages of the MEP contracts.

Josh has over 10 years experience working in the MEP sector

Marc Harris

Mechanical Operations Manager

Marc is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the mechanical elements of our MEP contracts, ensuring projects are managed efficiently  through to completion.

Marc has a wide range of technical and operational knowledge, with the management skills required to coordinate our site teams, programme requirements and project delivery.

He works closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and Senior Supervisors to ensure our mechanical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Marc plays a key role in maintaining strong communication between our management and site teams throughout the delivery of our MEP contracts.
